We work with each of our clients individually to establish the level of care and support needed. We designate our home care services for a minimum of 4 hours per visit, to ensure that we provide all the help and support that is required, without the need to rush. We can help individuals to dress, wash, take medication and also to care for pets, while still allowing them to feel independent. ROUND THE CLOCK CARE AND OVERNIGHT SUPPORT
We understand that often care is required at all times of day and night. We have registered members of staff that are available to provide care services around the clock and this includes live-in care, waking nights, sleep in duties and respite care. We work closely with each individual to establish familiarity and comfort and we have nurses and carers that specialise in Palliative care and end of life care.
